With a career defined by 15 years of underwriting experience in real estate, he has successfully navigated diverse market cycles by prioritizing rigorous data-driven underwriting and disciplined asset selection.

A staunch advocate for investor alignment, Tom ensures that Altos Holdings co-invests alongside its partners in every primary syndication. He holds a degree from Florida International University and is committed to the “Altos Standard”: elevating private capital through transparency, integrity, and institutional-grade execution.
